Alar issues - I can login but can do NOTHING

I can login to Alar, but it acts like I am in permanent lag... people are there but running in place... I cannot logout or exit...
I tried clearing cache and doing a client repair to no avail...
Anyone else having this issue?

@Starman63 Hello there!

If you are having issues with Ascension UI elements not loading properly (empty vanity, talents, quests etc..) or weird game freezes / lags please follow the below instructions:

Navigate to your game directory (cogwheel in the top right corner of our launcher -> open game directory) -> "Extensions"

a) There is a file in my Extensions folder
In this case, please run the following commands ingame:
/console scriptErrors 1
/reload

After doing that, please interact / use the custom elements again. Once you get an error, please send it to us for further investigation!

If you didn't get any errors, please navigate to your game directory again -> Logs -> FrameXML.log and send this file to us!

b) There ISN'T a file in my Extensions folder
In this case, most likely your antivirus (tends to be McAfee) is causing this. In order to fix this behavior, please disable the antivirus / add your game folder to antivirus exceptions and after that, run the repair function via the cogwheel menu in the top right corner of our launcher.
