In preparation for the upcoming mega update, all the servers are being upgraded to the latest and greatest hardware. This will be an extensive maintenance that will take up most of today. All servers will have downtime during this period.

I want to assure you that we take harassment reports very seriously. There is action taken in vast majority of cases where we can confirm the behavior and are provided a report about it.

Going forward, make sure to always open an ingame ticket (if you are unsure of how to do so, let me know and I'll guide you through it), attach a link to the evidence (imgur or any other platform for photo storage) and we will look into it asap!
