Doesn't look good- was this planned?

I'm almost max capped for Honor and need to start buying endgame PvP gear...

Sure would be nice if it were available!

I can login. Thrall shows as being online, but it won't let me in. I was in earlier...

I am using the Starburst Barrage Epic RE, however it does not show up as an Aura in Weak Auras...

Anyone know the spell ID?

I can login to Alar, but it acts like I am in permanent lag... people are there but running in place... I cannot logout or exit...
I tried clearing cache and doing a client repair to no avail...
Anyone else having this issue?
