I have been playing prot pally for a while now and have gotten as high as +17 in mythics. Prot pally is built around the Divinity talent but is only usable if your primary stat is Strength. That being said- the dungeon set for paladin tanks is all stamina and intellect with no strength in sight. So even though I've gotten a few pieces of +14 and +15 of the pally set, those pieces are thrown into the trash because they don't work with Divinity. The whole spell tank thing is really cool and I'd like to make use of the Int-tanking. Could we perhaps change the divinity talent to function while Strength OR Intellect is the primary stat?

It's quite a buzzkill to get a high m+ version of a set that is made specifically for your build but then it's an auto-delete because the main talent of your build doesn't allow you to use intellect as main stat.

The Righteous set is an oddity. Nowhere before or after is there plate with INT, SP and DEF with no STR. I have played around with Stormhammer and other INT based tanking. Until Mana Forged Barrier makes its way to Area 52, there are not a lot of uses for the set unless you like transmoging your gear. Even after we get MFB, it is still cloth geared so Righteous will have no home.

@Ironcloak Agreed! The amount of stamina at the high ilvls (15+) is also very poor. Looking at a normal 133 t5 compared to a mythic+20 dungeon set item is insulting XD

@Gulron I agree with this point and thought it was odd that the Divinity talent requires your primary stat to be strength. It already requires Righteous Fury, so its not like other tanks can abuse the healing/damage reduction. Most other talents that want to restrict players to a certain type of tanking target mechanics like "requires shields + defensive stance" sort of thing.

Its even more odd because looking at the Touched by the Light talent, it was meant to synergize with divinity. And touched by the light can still be used in defensive stance, while divinity cannot.

            Overall a much needed change.
