I really want to join it, but I have tried all the methods and still can't download it. You should open the cloud disk for downloading the game itself or any other way to download the game instead of a single downloader.

Could you please try the following steps:
Run the launcher as an administrator
Disable anti-virus (or even better), add the launcher as an exception.
Create a firewall rule for the launcher (disabling the firewall might not have same effect as adding a rule)
If neither of those work, please restart your computer and check again.If it doesn't work after restart, please try to use VPN.
If that doesn't work either, you would have to manually install the game.

I had the same issue with the launcher. Always shows checking queued and never starts downloading.
But I managed to install the game manually. And It worked for a moment. I created a character, even started to play... After 10 minutes, more or less, my character wouldnt walk, it was getting stuck, again and again, and I received a message from the system informing me that my client wasnt updated. So, I would have to use the launcher anyway... -
After some time of playing on the server, the launcher stopped downloading updates. I tried everything, but the problem turned out to be in the antivirus.

@Wengaror I deleted my antivirus lol, but still nothing.
I'm thinking it's related to the Windows 10 configuration... -
@delosmagno Maybe now the problem is in windows defender, idk

Havent seen VPN mentioned in any of your answers. Did you try to run launcher with VPN? Did that work at all? This is usually related to networking issues.
