LF Frost Mage | PvE & PvP

I'm trying to put together a good build (2 sets), one for PvE and one for PvP! Items and skill style as Frost Mage. What gear and such would I be looking for to beef out a frost build....?

@BearsBreech There's a lot of options for Frost Mage builds, I'd recommend looking through the list of available enchants in the builder featuring "frost" in the name or description. You can then narrow down to some abilities or features you want to focus on.
For reference, there are 15 different legendary enchants that involve frost as a part of its effect. Try to pick a couple that you think are interesting and then, if you need more help, ask for a suggestion for that particular enchantment.
Part of the essence of Ascension is the number of options we have. Asking for a frost mage build is not at all like on retail because there's simply so many different ways to do it.

What do you think about fingers of Frost? I like the idea of a Lich King. I build one fingers of Frost build, but I have the feeling it is lacking some aoe dmg for pve. For PvP I miss Frost Nova
so I think I need to reroll that spec of mine.
