I've noticed your all Merging the servers.... When will the expected time it'll be available again? How long is it offline "usually" will it be?

I'm just curious so I know if I should just get some sleep and wait for tomorrow!

I'm trying to put together a good build (2 sets), one for PvE and one for PvP! Items and skill style as Frost Mage. What gear and such would I be looking for to beef out a frost build....?
