Allows the caster to carry a Libram or Relic in addition to their weapon and ranged slot. While equipped the caster gains 2% Spell Haste and 2% Healing Power.

@Rubis Would this simply allow the libram or relic to be equipped in a different slot? Or would it cause the UI to add a secondary slot for them? Otherwise, I'm not sure how you'd reconcile having two items for the same slot.

I think there are a few different way's to do it. In my head this version added an extra slot (perhaps make it so they have to use a wand and the ammo slot can be repurposed for ui stuff). The main goal is to promote things that are a little less utilized for interesting builds that can take advantage of those spells.
Big Picture I think this would allow the devs to add new relics/librams as well that could affect other class spells including things like rogue/warrior etc that could help promote more crossplay.
