Is there a way to fix the game's 'blur'?

Been playing on another server and decided to switch over here. First issue that I encountered was how blurry Ascension's version of the game looked.
Compared to the older server that I played where the game looked more like this,
I have checked my video settings, checked my resolution, even tried allowing the application to change my DPI settings. Is there a fix to this, or am I just stuck with blurry settings?

Hi! Can you open your launcher, press the "Settings" icon in the top right corner, then press "Open Game Directory".
Find the "wtf" folder and inside that, find the "config" file and send that to me in a DM and I will look into this for you.

How do I DM you? Completely new on the site and can't seem to find an option on how to do that.
I did try replacing the config file from my old server but that didn't seem to fix it
