@YackScore You're in luck, there's some really good options for deadly bite.
Since it stacks a bleed effect, you can go all-in for bleeds and use Blades of Blood to open your rotation; use Charge to get within melee range and immediately Whirlwind to apply Rend to nearby enemies before you start spamming Mongoose Bite and Raptor Bite.
Bloodbath is nice, too, since you can also use Rupture to spread Rend, too.
If you use Twilight, you can pick up Vampiric Embrace to heal yourself, too.
