Something that stands out to me is a lack of synergy in the build.

For instance, you have Amal'thazad's Curse as your legendary, but that is definitely not optimal for tanking. You don't have anything else in the build that capitalizes on the frost damage and you likely don't need the slowing effect. An increase in critical strike chance isn't as vital to a tank as it would be for melee dps.

I also wouldn't recommend effects that increase your melee attack speed. Generally, a tank will want to stack hit chance and defensive stats (dodge/parry) rather than melee speed.

Also, you have Be Still and Die RE, but it increases the damage of your Execute on targets effected by your Hammer of Justice...but you don't have Hammer of Justice learned.

What's the general idea you're going for in the build? Is it a sort of "theme"? Or is it supposed to focus on a particular school of magic? Having an idea for the basis of your build will really help creating a framework to create the build around.
