the original design was 150% nature damage with 3 stacks of blood venom, internal bleeding didn‘t get changed. (blood venom nerf from 50-30% was a good choice though)
i tested the Re for arena purposes so i did switch targets and had multiple bleeding effects on more than one target. the internal bleeding stacks did increase passively without any problem. i figured that as long as you use the vanilla skill to apply the bleed effect the re internal bleeding will work. for exampel anything that would change the id of that „rend“ won‘t work.
