I had my computer crash on me recently and had to reload about everything, including this game. Through the help of a friend that I was guildmates with she gave me my character's name back (revshadowz), but for the life of me I can't remember the password that I used with this. I thought I had it written down, but apparently not since the game says that the password and ID aren't matching. Since they don't, I have no idea what to do next or how to proceed. I've tried to go into "Character Manager", but all I get is just a blank web page, nothing ever loads. So, I need some help, even the deleting of that character so I can start over would be of help. Please let me know!

To reset your password please follow this guide:

Use browser in which you are not logged in to your Ascension account (you can also use in-private mode which is opened by pressing CTRL+SHIFT+N in most browsers)
Navigate to https://ascension.gg/password/reset
Reset your password via email
