Allow Us To Set Favorite Mystic Enchants

I know it would be some work, but allow us to "favorite" or lock a mystic enchant with our enchants menu, so that there is a warning before reforging an item that has been set as a favorite.

As a new player, I cant tell you how many times I have accidentally reforged an item, rather than extract.
