Unable to verify discord

Greetings,
I am unable to verify my discord because i already did in the past and now it say that the e-mail and phone number is already in use, yet, it wont let me write in discord.
I need to be able to write in discord because i donated and i didnt receive the DP. Can someone help me out please?

For the missing DP issue, please check the payment status on the gate / try to log off and back in to our site / give it up to two hours for the DP to arrive.

It wont let me send you a message on discord because i am not "Verified"
