Tauren Knight of Xoroth

I was grinding to get coa all 5k gold made just to play a tauren knight of xoroth and its race locked
Why
In the description it says ita demonic spirits bound to another body so all races should be able to be knight of xoroth this makes me greatly sad
Will this be changed in the future?
