Character lock. Game mode need to be active

Idk where to get help from but I’m not able to log into my Characters for both area 52 and the other free one. It keep saying the game mode need to be activated but I don’t know what that means

Maybe you set PTR in the launcher, but you need to play Live? Or look in your profiles to see if your characters are there.
