PTR not accepting my login credentials.

I can use login credentials to log in to the live builds, but my acct. name/pass is not working for PTR. I have purchased a backer pass, and have one character on CoA, was hoping to give it more time now that I'm on a break from school. Any help is appreciated.

@Paradox0080 Hey! Did you try to reset your password and then retype both acc name and PW in manually? Sometimes that helps.
If you are unable to sign in, please set your Display Name.
