High Risk PVE
I really love the content that's been added to professions and the max level zone's to make them more engaging in world content. I enjoy pvp, but don't enjoy combining pvp and farming. I love that high risk is an aspect of the game, but would love to see a pve version parallel to it!
The idea is to have a "High Risk: PVE" mode where you can still lose gear, but that the mobs in the area become stronger rather than the players around you creating the danger. I think this could be done best with a debuff you have on your character that lowers your damage/healing etc to make the elite mobs in the max zone's scarier. I think you would want to keep crit/hit/expertise the same to make sure we aren't missing more than normal for our builds, but making that content riskier in that it's harder to live would be super cool.
There's the possibility to adding a scaling debuff as well, making it so that as you stay longer and longer the debuff increases.
