404 Capitals not Found

What do you guys think of Ascension creating an event that makes our capitals unavailable. Requiring a raid or sort of war-effort to reclaim?
During that time, we'd have to use the Callboards and AH of other locations.
Obviously neutral locations would become the next go to; but what if Ascension didn't make it that easy? Forcing us to fight to reclaim every bit of lost territory.Requirements for Reclamation could be:
- daily quests to kick the Defias Brotherhood out of Stormwind or Scarlet Crusade out of the Undercity
- "stealth missions" to enter the capitals unnoticed and retrieve stolen supplies for NPCs that have been kicked out of their shops
- defeat powerful raid-bosses in each capital
- war-effort supply quests similar to the AQ-gate event
- special Mythic+ Keys that need to be leveled up quickly and then turned in
