Character race appearance

Hi!
I would like to change my race appearance permanently but not my racials.
Is there some possibility for some kind of transmog or vanity item that could do that? Not that trinket orb tho lol.With customizability.
Trans lives matter.

Personally, I hope they add Rare/Epic RE's that give you the ability of other race's Racial Abilities. -
