[Area 52] Character Glowing - Visual Bug?

Wasn't sure where to post this. I have a character on Area 52 that is permanently glowing, and translucent. Been trying to make it go away for a couple days with no results. I can confirm the following:

1. It isn't a gear enchant, as I've removed individual pieces to verify.
2. I've reloaded the UI, and disabled the UI. No change.
3. Transmog has nothing to do with it, as I've removed all my mogs.
4. It isn't the result of a talent, as I've switched to a blank loadout.

Screenshot below shows what's been going on. Anyone I've asked says it must be an enchant, but it's not the case. Anyone know how to fix this?
