Please Help! Can't login for more than a fortnight

Hi team,
I tried to log in about 3 weeks ago and and got the message "Login for that race, class or character is currently disabled" on all of my toons. I assumed there was some kind of test on and left it.
I've been on holidays for 2 weeks and came back to try and log on... no joy still the same message. I can't login or create any characters on any realm. I am a total noob and have no idea whats happening. Help would be appreciated

I also can’t create characters on Thrall.

@Vhaen Are you on live or PTR client? You should be able to see this above the play button of your launcher.
Make sure you are using LIVE for A52 / S8

@TastyGM OMG thank you! It wasn’t the PTR - I’d been launching the game through the EXE not the launcher! I feel dumb
