Can't Donate.

It won't accept my bank and or credit card. It just says "We cannot accept your card."
I've donated before using the exact same card(s) during Area server. -
@Koffe Could you please try to use paypal guest checkout? That method usually accepts 99% of the cards

I can't donate either. I've tried using paypal and paypal guest checkout and it says "We cannot accept your card." and asks for a valid card or to check my back account. I even tried to use my friends Paypal account, completely different card and account, and it said the same thing.

This has been happening to me with a paypal account and credit card I've already used twice before. Has anybody found a fix? Does it work after a while? It's been over 24 hours.
