How to return character from archive?

I cant return characters from archive, because they have some of vanity items. I dont have any idea how to make it, please help.

@Danisimus try .activate name-of-character / .deactivate name-of-character

Have to have under 8 or 10 active characters to activate another.

@Danisimus Hi there! The only way would be to transfer said character to Area 52. Unfortunately transfers are currently down for maintenance and there is no ETA for when they will be back up.
