@Zyxxel Honestly, as far as I've seen 4-5k dps at 65 ilvl is pretty good lol. But yeah I'd just suggest finding a legendary enchant you like and going with that as far as a build. Before committing to it though, if you're on Area 52 I'd check and see if it's fully implemented. I made that mistake with Wind Rager, unfortunately. It's supposed to be fully implemented after the season or something... truthfully I can't see any reason it isn't fully implemented now... but them's the breaks I guess.
