I've been getting crashes like this quite often when looting or opening different UI elements. I thought it was an addon causing issues but I turned that off and then I crashed when simply holding [W].
I lost a HC toon this way. Not feeling confident this is fixable by reinstalling the client and starting with fresh settings but I'm going to give it a try.
