Champion of Justice! but wait... IT'S NATURE! :)
--- Why play it? ---
It's fun! And is, in Family's opinion, the best healer build out there.
WHY NATURE??????????
Well... I like to be different! But not only that, I genuinely think it's better than it's pure holy version. It has faster and better single target that will have multiple procs at once. Making it's effective healing way higher per cast than playing a holy version that is limited to either really good AoE or really good Single target. But when you do one, you can't do the other in pure holy. And you end up wasting your heals on overheals xP
(Don't get me wrong, I still think Holy CoJ is one of the strongest healers at the moment, but nature is better )This build is awesome for raiding and Mythic +. Very mobile build with lots of coverage and fast heals. It's only downside is that you won't pad meters in 25m since your chain heal can't heal everyone and it's smart heals is pretty dumb and will heal people that don't need healing. Bes scenario to play this spec is up to 15 members.
--- How is it the best spec? ---
Mobility
This spec is extra mobile since you have so many instant casts that can do decent amount of heals and save a lot of ppl from suddenly dying to 1-2 shots. Such as Holy shock, Riptide, Natural Alacrity+ Regrowth/Flourish, Downpour...Fast and Big Heals
This spec is basically the ultimate version of a lesser healing wave spam spec. Your cast time should be around 1.1s - 0.9s while using a Staff and around 1.2 with one handed weapon. And your lesser healing wave will be critting from 3k - 4.5k or even more depending on gear/procs.But?
Seems weak right? Wrong. The thing is, every time you cast one of those bad boys(lesser healing wave), you get a (Living seed) + (Ancestral Awakening) + (Beacon of Light) + (Adorned) + (Earthliving) + (Frugal). That should be around 10k+ healing. (with my current gear 130ilvl, it is around 15k effective healing)
And you also have really good coverage for AoE bursts with Downpour , Efflorescence, Wild Growth, and mainly CHAIN HEAL.This spec is the best in my eyes due to it's versatility from all the instant casts, fast heals that allow you to adapt to anything and cover anything. Of course there are better builds for specific scenarios but depending on how well you play and how used you are to the fights, you can precast on everything and top heals
--- Gameplay ---
CORE
*Keep CoJ active at all times! Even between pulls
*Keep Regrowth and Riptide on main tank
*Spam Lesser Healing Wave at will, make sure to spot heal and if possible spam the chonky tank more. Since because of frugal you will be critting almost 100% of the time, which means you get procs on living seed, and ancestral awakening for freeAOE
*ALWAYS use chain heal on a target that has riptide for that extra healing
*Make sure you never cast Chain heal without at least 2 stacks of Transcendental Embrace unless it's really needed
*Use Efflorescence almost on CD , its really good. Or if you know exactly when the raid will take damage, save it for then.
*If you need fast top-ups, downpour is your best friend, if the raid is taking a lot of damage you want to use tidal force + chain heal on your riptide target. That will top up everyone x)SNIPE HEALS
*If you need to top someone really fast you have to make sure you cast Riptide before Holy shock. Because you don't want to consume the adorned before casting riptide, since it also procs adorned.
*If you REALLY need to top someone up, use Natural Alacrity and then Regrowth + Riptide + holy shock (That should be more than enough, but if they are still taking damage while you're doing all that, you might want to cast LHW before holy shock)Other CDs
*Keep Earth shield always on Main Tank or whoever takes most direct damage
*Beacon will either be on Off Tank, or on yourself (Casting heals on yourself feels really bad since you don't get adorned proc, so beacon is better)
*If you feel like your tank is quite squishy, don't hesitate on using your CD's like Guardian Spirit or Pain Suppression (Unless you have a very specific strategy that requires it)--- Other Notes ---
- This spec will consume more mana than anything else, please someone give me innervate
- Try to keep riptide going before you consume it with chain heal. If AoE healing is not required at the moment, you can cast chain heal on a target that doesn't have riptide so the hot still heals and you get that 30% extra crit from tidal waves
- Unless you really need the adorned active for fast top-ups, make sure you use holy shock on adorned targets for extra heals
- Wild Growth and Healing rain are there but you not always are going to use it. You will learn that there are certain scenarios that you will change the rotation and use those on CD
- In AoE heavy scenarios you will be using wild growth way more, and pre-casting healing rain. Since you won't need to actively heal all the time. If your raid requires urgent healing, definitely don't cast healing rain and go for either downpour or chain heal

If you are looking for more consistency, red dragon will give you around 5%-6%+ crit chance inside raid environment, but if you're approaching a good crit amount (around 50%+ for me) you should opt for either bronze drake or the green one.

You definitely want the relic from the mastery quest in nagrand, that will give you extra spell power on Lesser Healing Wave. Either that or the one that gives you spell power while in tree form that can be bought in Shattrath

Prioritize crit over everything at first so you can get a nice consistency on your procs. Once you reach around 50% base crit you can start looking for more SP items. I've found that this build is extremely mana heavy and am still testing some talents around. But after getting my Tier set I can give up a bit on mp5 and go for crit/sp talents instead
Int > Crit/SP > MP5
