I think there is a problem with verifing my phone number on Discord. I am trying to work that problem out with Discord akso, but no luck with Discord regarding phone number so far.

I have been away on work for the past 2 weeks, I was able to play before, and now, when I try to login It says "This Ascension account has been closed andd is no longer available for use. Please go to [https:forum.ascension.gg/topic/408/appealing-bans-and-mutes] For more information. That link does not work.
I tried Discord and got
"You are unable to fill out this appeal.
Only moderrated users can appeal"
Can someone help me understand why my account has been banned?
