@Crimsonomen20 This can have two reasons:
a) you have "PATCH-O" in your DATA folder. If that is the case, delete that
b) your .dll file is not loading - this is usually caused by antivirus, I would recommend adding the whole game client folder to antivirus exceptions and then running repair via the cogwheel menu of your launcher.
