@SteadyPenguin There is a Draft option on Area 52, but it's only available at lv1 on new chars or after Prestiging an existing char. Talk to Stony Tark in your starting zone before you do any quests and select the Draft Challenge.
The only difference Thrall will have (besides new stuff that'll come to A52 later) is that EVERYONE is Drafting at all times; on Area 52, it's an optional challenge that you have to start your journey with 🙂
