This idea is to remove the global cooldown from buffs such as Arcane Intellect, Blessing of Wisdom etc. So that it is possible to create a Macro to activate all at the same time. Just to make it easier to apply them, or make it so that some of them are permanent like Mage Armor.

For example, Fire Aura provides Fire Spell Damage, and Aura Mastery increases the provided from the Aura by 100% for its duration. -
Later Expansion Locations and Features
I would love it if you added later locations to the Game, ie Mount Hyjal and a Catalysm versions of locations, as well as the original. Also to add other Classes and Races, like Monks and Wargens. This would be a Post Wotlk and COA idea. But it would expand the world.
PS I know it would require ALOT of work to make it fit, but it would be cool regardless.

Pointblank
Increases the damage of a spell or ability by a percentage, when in melee or short range.
For example, Pointblank Shadow Bolt: Increases Damage of Shadow bolt by 2% when with 2 yrds of the Target. -
Rogue-like areas, Similar to torghasts
Imagine going through a mega dungeon with roguelike abilities and modifiers on the bosses. Simple idea, complex to implement.

I would be alright with either an Option or at Max Level for the current season. And if level scaling is Off then make it so that items do not scale as well.

Multi-school Enchantments
My ideas is for a collection of Enchants that change, or add, schools to an ability similar to an earlier suggestions but for multiple different abilities like Frostfire Blast (Fire Blast), Divine Shot (Arcane Shot), Twilight Strike (Crusader Strike), Spellshadow Bolt (Shadow Bolt).
These are just some suggestions but there can be any number of multischool enchants, this would be more of a thematic change with certain playstyles but also could have other benefits, especially if my idea for a revamp to the mystic enchants like Divine Shot could apply Paladin Seal effects.

Mystic Enchantment Revamp suggestion
This would basically change the way that mystic enchants work.
My idea is to have tiered slots, I was thinking of a set amount of Uncommon, Rare and Legendary slots, with the ability to enhance the enchants in a given slot.
One example is Quick Enchants, being reducing cast time by different amounts at different tiers, for example Uncommon Quick by 5%, Rare Quick by 10% and Legendary Quick by 50%. Also it would be possible to make a more specific collection of Quick enchants like Quick Fire Spells, affecting cast time by 1%, 5% and 25%.
Some of them can only be applied as Rare, like the Worldforged enchants like Demonic.
I am not good at balancing ideas.

Profession Revamp - like DF
Especially with the leveling revamp, it would be useful to have the ability to set the level of an item. As well as having the equipment slots for profession items. And finally removing the level requirement on said equipment, mainly fishing rods.

Mage Armour talent like Skyrim (cannot think of a name)
Simple idea. A talent or enchantment that increases the effectiveness of armour abilities, such as Mage Armour and Demon Skin, when only wearing Cloth Armour. The effectiveness of the armour could be enhanced further if Mana-Forged Barrier is active.
An example is Mage Armour - Reduces magic damage taken by 2% and allows 35% of your mana regeneration to continue while casting. Only one type of Mage Armor spell can be active at any time. Lasts until cancelled.
With this talent - Reduces magic damage taken by 3% and allows 40% of your mana regeneration to continue while casting. Only one type of Mage Armor spell can be active at any time. Lasts until cancelled.
With Mana forged Barrier - Reduces magic damage taken by 5% and allows 45% of your mana regeneration to continue while casting. Only one type of Mage Armor spell can be active at any time. Lasts until cancelled.
PS this is NOT balanced but you get the idea.

Quest Objective Items for specific abilities
I have just started the Destiny Calls in the Night Elf starting area, and I found out that it requires Stealth and Pickpocket. My idea is to add items that provide the abilities in the specific areas of the quest, such as a Potion that can only be used near Sethir that makes you invisible and unlocks the abilities to Pickpocket him specifically.

Changes to Random Mats in Manastorm
My suggestion is to have it so that Mats that are dropped in the Manastorm are changed into items that can be changed into the ones that you want, for example cloths could be changed into Manaspun Cloth, and can be changed into Linen as a 1-1, Wool 2-1, Silk 3-1 etc.
Another part of this suggestion is change Junk items into a similar system, but based on the Level of Manastorm. For example, Manastorm Junk (level 50+) or Manastorm Junk (level 40+) etc.
The random equipable items should stay it is interesting in my opinion to get transmogs, including for junk items, in the Manastorm.

RE: Dominance over humanoid
I want to bump this up. I wish this was added as potentially a Priest type ability, like Mind Control. Even if it is limited what Humanoids you can "tame" but hopefully not.

Rare Mystic Enchantment: Holy Shot
Simple idea, a mystic enchantment that convert Arcane Shot is converted to Divine Shot (Divine damage(holy/arcane)), and allows to allies to be hit as a heal. And benefit from most holy talents. I am thinking as a Divine Archer build.
Could potentially be a Legendary Enchant as a Divine Archer, maybe also converts Auto-shot, causes Divine Damage, and benefits from Spell Damage.
