Unable to enter dungeons

I can join the queue but it never pops. I spent 7hrs in queue so far today. Not sure what's going on. Anybody know how to verify the game files?

I did finally find the verify ability but it didn't help. I'm still unable to have dungeon queues pop. Not sure what to do or how to fix this. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

For anybody coming later I figured it out, it's due to the level 60 heroic classic dungeons. It appears the option only exists at level 60 and that's the queue it stuffed me in automatically.
