LERE: Quick Draw
Transforms your Blink into Quick Draw and your Berserker Stance into Draw Stance.Quick Draw:
Cast time 0,5sec.
Teleports the Caster 10 yards forward, unless there is terrain in the way. Deals High (250%?) Physical Damage to all enemys caught in between. Quick Draw deals further increased damage if only a single target is hit (+50%?) and causes the target to Bleed for a small amount of damage over (X) sec.Can only be used with a single two-handed weapon.
25 sec (?) Cooldown – scales with Blink modifiers. Does not work with War Mage.
Draw Stance:
Draw Stance increase the critical hit rating (15%?) and critical Damage(25%?) of your next Quick Draw Spell. During draw stance you cannot autoattack or use autoattack replacing abilities and suffer from a -50% movementspeed penalty. Once Quick Draw is cast you automatically leave Draw Stance and cannot reenter until Quick Draw is off cooldown. No Cooldown – scales with Berserker Stance modifiers.

The fantasy is linked to samuraï, katana (here's what I found on quick google search https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Iaijutsu).
I like the idea of having a "melee quick draw" enchant.
I do not a reason to lock it to two-handed weapon, I can imagine a quick draw with two daggers for example.
Maybe you think of something we all saw in animes or game, like https://youtu.be/wWZv13-2dEk?t=11 , or the Genji dash in Overwatch. Or Samurai in Skulk (https://skul.fandom.com/wiki/Samurai)
However, your enchant is too complicated, too rich for an epic. I like the "Teleports the Caster 10 yards forward" (to reword "Fast dash forward" or something of that kind), and some "Draw stance" concept. The rest looks fuzzy to me.

The Idea of the only 2h came from a balance perspective as having TG might spike the dmg but this would be needed to be tested. The draw stance is to give a bit more flavour something to actually do/keep in mind while playing so you dont end up with a 2-3 button build. But thx for the Input
