Alar leveling is terrible
Every time I'm forced to Prestige I'm reminded how garbage the leveling process is. I understand Ascension is probably happy as a clam rolling in the money the EXP buffs give but you're going to lose players in the long-term to this.
Every single time I prestige I close the game at least once after an hour or more of not being able to find a group. If a player ever feels like they're better off just closing the game for the night I think I'd find that to be a failure as a design-lead.
Making builds and leveling should be the part of Alar that brings the player back over and over for repeatable content, not making them question why they are even play the game.
I would also like to say it'd ridiculous that you set yourself back if you don't level as what you're playing in the end-game. I would love Tanking or Healing for leveling but if I'm trying to make a DPS build I can't afford to take those early spells that allow me to do so. What a terrible system.
