WOTLK Alpha unable to play without FPS drop

I just got WOTLK Grizzley Hills Alpha, and every time I get in combat my FPS TANKS down to like 5 FPS. I was told to try and reinstall the Z patch and clear cache. I reinstalled the Z patch, put it in the data folder, and also deleted the cache folder. When I got back in the game, the problem persisted.

@laneldoreh Hey hey,
I know there is a system message on the others servers about some nVidia Patch that make your FPS drop, I don't know the version but could it be that ? Try to look and see if it can help !
