Launcher wont launch

Been having this problem for a while now, stopped playing cause of it. When I open the launcher hit play/repair/update/install the button disappears for a second only to return not having done anything. Tried redownloading the launcher, doing fresh installs even on a different drive, nothing has worked. Any advice?
