Full bear dps form

Hi devs,

I would love to see full dps bear form, where you would be able to use cat form abilities (energy cost) and also bear form abilities (rage cost). And they could have interactions between each other. Or you would be able to use warrior abilities.

This would be definitely legendary enchantment. In exchange of higher dps bear form would not have bonus armor and stamina buff.

Also I know there is a Plague Bearer but it is used by tank bears.
