Crash on launch/upon entering instance

My game sometimes crashes to desktop the minute I log in after launching. If it doesn't crash immediately, it'll crash on my first loading screen upon entering the game. Not sure why it does this. It'll typically only do it once, then I'm good to go. So not a huge problem. But still a bit of a headache especially when my DF group will kick me the minute they see that I'm offline & it takes a minute for me to get logged back in.
