Skills and other things are gone after transfer

hi there,
i dont know if this is an issue with how ascension works or if theres something screwy going on, but my lvl 60 character Narsilla (renamed from Zidennia) is missing a lot of things
all of my skills save for a few (those few being ones like enslave demon and such) are gone and all of my skills points and talent points are reset
i have my equipment (thank god) but i have a lot of my stats reduced due to certain talents refunded after the transfer
most importantly, my pets are gone, i had tamed the elite demon Lord Azrethoc and i go to summon him and he's nowhere to be found, not even in my pet stables
again im not sure if there is a way to fix this, but i spent way too much time and effort into this character just for it to become useless
