ninja issues on area 52

hi im shindoe and i am still a newcomer to the project ascention as im up to one month in the game.
i just love love the work you guys doing !
there is one issue that really bother me.
i noticed that everytime i run instance as healer many players rolling need on healer target items whats consider ninja.
this usually make game expirience unpleasent to say the least and also make toxic all around.
i am sure you guys can come up with idea to prevent this from happening.
one thing i thoght of is to make those items roll need only buy player that tagged related.
tank items healer items dps items as category.
thi is my first post i hope the stuff consider this issue as magor issue need to be resolved.

@shindoe The system you propose is very flawed, especially for a classless realm. How do you categorize gear? Half of the dps casters use spirit gear, nobody ever wants gear with mp5, cuz even healers stack crit or spirit. And what about parry tanks that use str 2h weapons? There are no tank 2H weapons in the game, except maybe the sword from botanica. So they would be unable to get a weapon unless every dps passes on it.
And don't even get me started with the hybrid and unorthodox builds that use strange gear for their roles - there are strength healers, spell tanks and what not. It's just not fair to prevent them from rolling on their own gear, don't you think?

The solution to your problem is called communication - most of the time if you ask the person who won the item to trade it to you politely, because you really need it, most people would be happy to. And the ones who are not are welcome on your ignore list, so you don't match up with them anymore. It is what it is after all, it IS a classless realm and everyone has tons of offspecs that they need gear for.
