Hey, I am pretty new at this game and want to try tanking. What are some good builds to take me into mythic+.

@Aklipso There are a lot of good builds if you just go to the hero architect and filter the builds by level 70 / pve / tank. The ones I've tried are Blademaster and Stormhammer:

Blademaster is very easy to play, keeps good aggro, has a simple "rotation" (if tanks have rotations lol), and has decent survivability. It is my default build.

Stormhammer (again as a 2h parry build) is more complicated, because you have like twice the abilities to use. Also it's not as viable for high end content, because I've been informed it's been nerfed and can't keep up both the stormhammer and ghostly strike buffs up constantly. But it's far more interesting to play and has better threat (those thunderclaps clap pretty good lol), at the cost of reduced survivability. I kept this build with slight edits for my solo vanilla dungeon farming build, and it does the job perfectly.

Hope this helped, there are a lot of builds involving shield tanks and bears too, but I haven't tried them, I hope that someone who has can share their experiences and tips. Welcome to the tanking club!
