Consecrated Strikes build

I've heard this is one of the very few viable melee specs. was wondering if there are any major differences now that we are in TBC. Any help would be appreciated (RE's, essential talents, etc..).

@Hysterium I know this is an old post but check my M+ build on the hero architect it's under "jetter" as the character name and "Consecrated strikes M+" as the title name.
It works really well for me.
If you are looking for pure raid build only then check out "consecrated strikes crusader" on the architect.
