Ban Chineses Gold Farmers Please

I am getting pretty fed up of running into the two Chinese gold farming guilds (Tree New Bee and Wind of Crossroad). They need on every item in dungeons, and on multiple occasions have kicked me when I had the misfortune of running into a group full of them. The reason? I needed on an item that I needed. My ignore list is ridiculously long and I'm STILL running into them! Ascension you really need to do something about this, it is seriously ruining the game and I can tell I'm not the only one.

Hello there! I would love to ask you not to speak about all of the CN players in such manner.
Not all of them are botters and not all of them are cheating / ruining our game.
If you ever see something against our rules, report it via ingame ticket or to me directly and I can assure you we will deal with it asap!
We won't tolerate hateful comments based on race / etnicity / place of birth / whatever else. We treat all our players equally and will keep doing so!
