Cannot Verify and Update Game Files

I had to reinstall Ascension but now I am unable to download any game files. The launcher is queues up "Verifying and updating game files" but stays at 0%. I have run the launcher as admin but still nothing. Anyone able to help?

@Kolorana Hello there! Could you please try the following steps:

1. Run the launcher as an administrator
2. Disable anti-virus (or even better), add the launcher as an exception.
3. Create a firewall rule for the launcher (disabling the firewall might not have same effect as adding a rule)

If neither of those work, please restart your computer and check again.

You can also try to use VPN for the download. Your ISP might be blocking the server for some odd reason.
