Twisting nether debuff

I understand the reasoning for the debuff being in place. I believe you should be able to level with your classic era gear/RE's through outland until 70, and the debuff being in effect at 70. If this were the case I think a52 would see an increase in regular players due to their efforts on malganis not being thrown to the wayside and having to totally re-gear those characters just to level them with enchants/a build they like.

To my knowlegde its only a %based reduction in Damage/mitigation/healing to bring it onpaar with the TBC Questing gear. So an Epic Item, has the same amount off impact on your character as the leveling blue/green items....taken the 3% malus into account.. you can go into low level tbc inni in full classic epics just fine..tbh
