Make Mystic Enchants into Glyphs

Migrate Mystic Enchants into the upcoming Inscription/Glyph system. Makes Glyphs super meaningful while also freeing players from needing to re-enchant new pieces of gear.
That's my humble suggestion. Thank you for Ascension. It rocks and your dev efforts are super appreciated.

They won't do that.
RE's are setup to be an endgame of sorts so you keep gambling lol

@slen99 yeah well, they can keep the gambling aspect just fine if that's what's important.
But yes, uncoupling the RE's (at least the legendary/epics) from the gear would be a HUGE quality of life improvement. +1
