    Harbinger of Flame vs. Seething Flames

      Which scales better for an Explosive Shot build?

        @silMET I wish there were more details listed in some of the enchantments.

        Harbringer of Flame specifies that it affects enemies within 8 yards for 4 seconds and can only occur once every 5 seconds.

        By contrast, Seething Flames doesn't say the radius of the effect, how long it occurs or how often, only that it scales with Explosive Shot while Harbringer of Flame doesn't give any indication of how much damage it does compared to other abilities.

          Follow up, would AP or SP be more beneficial for an Explosive Shot build?

            @silMET you would stack attack power with rockbiter weapon agility main stat and spec into 5/5 mental quickness in the enhancement tree, and also go 3/3 mental quickness RE's. Also believe there is an RE that increases explosive shot damage by % of spell power, also there is an RE for expose weakness that makes it give spell power along with attack power. you would prefer attack power over spell power, because about 55% of your attack power gets converted into spell power from mental quickness. explosive shot also benefits from abilities like curse of the elements, along with the 5/5 ignite talent in the fire mage tree, and the fire power talent 5/5 that gives 10% fire damage bonus. however explosive shot doesn't count as a spell so it wouldn't benefit from the 100% critical spell damage bonus talents, but it does benefit from arcane power. Also to answer your other question, seething flames is definitely the way to go.
