Character advancement sheet wont load

My friend has had a problem for about 12 hours now, we've uninstalled ascension and redownloaded and it still won't work we keep playing around with the addons and we've tried to repair the client many times but nothing is working for him, please send some help our way!

@LilCharacter Hello there! Could you please check your game directory -> extensions. In this path, there should be a file called "ascensionextension.dll". If you don't have the file there, please make sure to add the game folder to antivirus exceptions and repair your client using the cogwheel menu of our launcher.
If the file is there, please make sure to disable all addons to see if the issue persists. If it does, please visit our discord section #help and we shall help you further there!
