unable to log into the game after loading the book of Ascencion Azeroth

1st off if this is not the place for this thread, please put it in the proper thread thank you.
I just bought the book of Asencion for Azeroth 21 classless, logged in and made accouple of toons. last night. i go to get online to play and i get a message .
"Unable to connect try again later.if the problem persists,please contact technical support at hhtp/ us.blizzard.com/support/index.xml?gameld=11&rootCategoryld=2316"
what should i do?
i uninstalled and reinstalled the game with the same results.
